The Bible has a lot to say about children! It speaks of how they are a blessing to us, and how we have a responsibility to them, to raise them diligently in the LORD. Jesus said that to approach Him we need to be like children and that we must be careful to never oppress a child’s faith. In the Epistle of First John, the great expression of God’s love is that “We should be called children of God!” (1 John 3:1)
So needless to say… Temple Baptist Church believes children are important! We have a comprehensive Sunday School program that reaches every age group that gathers every Sunday morning, and Children’s Church during our late worship service. We also have Sunday and Wednesday evening activities, including RA’s, GA’s and Mission Friends on Sundays nights and our Children’s Choir on Wednesdays.
